I did it mainly by working out on the True Fitness 900 Elliptical in the guest exercise room at the hotel I work at. I'd work out in the morning after I got off work and toward the end, show up early to work out before my shift started. On the mornings after my off nights, I'd walk up and down the hill leading up to my driveway. The hill is over 200 feet long and up to 10 degrees steep in places.
Now I can switch my workout to one that'll keep the weight off instead of burn it off. Half of what I've been doing should suffice. If not and my weight starts creeping back up, I'll just increase it a bit.

I'm not holding my stomach in. That's loose skin that will shrink in time. And probably some muscletone as well, which I'll work on by doing situps.
